With an open floor plan, lots of light and an abundance of seating for family and friends in the beautifully appointed open living area, this home makes the ideal spot for a memorable stay in Palmetto Bluff. From the expansive living space, a well-appointed kitchen featuring 9-foot island with seating for four, plus nearby dining room with a built-in banquet that seats six, this is a home designed for entertaining. The rear entry offers direct access to the spacious screened porch with outdoor dining, fenced yard featuring a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy s’mores under the stars, and direct access to the bike path that leads to Wilson Village.
On the second floor, you’ll find a serene primary bedroom with KING BED and ensuite bathroom, as well as a guest bedroom with QUEEN BED which shares a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with the adjacent Bunk Room. The Bunk Room offers 4 TWIN BEDS, making this the perfect layout for families.
This home is conveniently located just a quick walk or bike ride from Moreland Landing, overlooking the May River. - A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
- Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
- Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
