On the main floor, enter through the impressive foyer into the inviting great room, with coffered ceilings, a fireplace, and appointed with comfortable lowcountry-inspired furnishings that create a wonderful gathering space.  The modern chef’s kitchen is centered around a massive island with seating for six, and is well-equipped with high-end appliances, 8-burner Wolf gas range, full back kitchen with prep sink, beverage center, microwave, 2nd dishwasher, and an abundance of storage. The adjacent dining table easily seats 10 people, highlighted by a wall that slides open to seamlessly connect to the outdoor eating area and table that seats six. This extraordinary house includes all the modern amenities a family could need— high end, luxurious and thoughtful details throughout, high speed internet with Wifi access, and Smart flat screen TVs in every room.  Additionally, the main level includes a cozy den, with a game table and seating for watching TV, powder bathroom, and oversized laundry/mud room with double sets of Washer/Dryer and ample office space for working remotely.

The main floor primary suite is a luxurious sanctuary, with vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows designed to showcase the view. Appointed with a KING bed, and hotel quality bedding, this inviting space includes a luxe bath with dual sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower with steam shower and rain shower head.

A dramatic staircase framed in windows leads to the second floor, where you will find 4 additional guest rooms. Comfortably furnished and bathed in sunlight, 2 of the bedrooms are appointed with KING beds and include private, ensuite bathrooms. The third guest bedroom is appointed with a KING bed and shares the nearby hall bath with a fun bunk room that includes built-in TWIN bunks and a separate cozy, built-in QUEEN BED.  

The beautifully designed guest cottage, tucked above the attached garage, offers a private getaway for guests or grandparents. Separate from the main house, and located via staircase above the 2.5-car garage, this stylish and comfortable pied-à-terre includes an elegant and inviting living area furnished with a QUEEN sleeper sofa and matching chairs, plus KING bed, Smart TV and compact kitchenette. You’ll enjoy the luxurious, spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower.  

With a great Moreland Village location, you’ll love being within walking distance to popular dining spots like Cole’s and The Canteen, plus Moreland Landing, the Dock and the Moreland Treehouse.  From here you are just steps to the Moreland Pool, Moreland fire pit, and just a short 5 minute walk or 1-2 minute bike ride to Lake Bales. Club Access & Resort Registration

• A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
• Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
• Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
