With three stories that begin with an inviting brick-lined, main entrance mudroom, this PET-FRIENDLY, 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath home Sleeps 11 guests and has a unique, loft-style layout that beckons for seamless indoor-outdoor living, all while being just a short walk or bike ride to the amenities of Moreland Village, including Moreland Landing, the Dock at Moreland Landing, Lake Bales, The Canteen and the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy.
The open, main level living room with gas fireplace, kitchen, and dining showcases a wall of windows that frame sweeping views of the Lowcountry marsh, with oversized doors that lead to the wrap around screened porch. The outdoor porch is appointed with abundant, comfortable furnishings, dining that seats 6 guests, an outdoor grilling area with custom hood, and a convenient pass-through bar with seating for 3, that provides direct access to the kitchen and (3) outdoor heaters that can be used during cooler weather. Designed to accommodate the needs of the family chef, the professional grade kitchen includes Viking appliances, separate ice machine and oversized island with seating for three.

Club Access & Resort Registration
- A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
- Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
- Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
- Canoe Club Pool: Baby pool, kids’ pool, and large family pool
- Moreland Pool: Family pool + adults-only junior Olympic lap pool
- Two Fitness Centers: Canoe Club & Moreland
