DESCRIPTION

The Village House is the quintessential, Lowcountry home with chic, updated interiors and a phenomenal Wilson Village location. Designed for families to create unforgettable vacation memories, this unbeatable location means you're just a short walk to the Village Green, popular Wilson Village restaurants like Buffalos and River House, plus the coffee shop, the ice cream shop and the iconic May River Chapel. This Wilson Village location means you're nearby to everything that makes Palmetto Bluff an unmatched family destination but still offers privacy and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

The main floor highlights bright, open interiors, recently remodeled by well know and locally-loved designer J. Banks out of Hilton Head, including comfortable and abundant, custom-designed furnishings and a well-appointed chef's kitchen. With three bedrooms in the main house along with additional sleeping quarters in the fully private guest house, this is a house designed for family time, whether gathering for cocktails around the fireplace, cooking together in the kitchen with Sam Cooke tunes playing in the background, or family friendly (but competitive!) boardgame nights. Off the dining room is a lovely sitting area that seats four, with an additional seating for four guests at the kitchen counter; where you can relax on a night when one of our private chefs prepares dinner during your stay - all arranged for you by our Concierge team before your stay even begins. 

The main floor includes the inviting and serene primary suite, appointed with KING bed and luxury linens with private, ensuite primary bath. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, each appointed with a KING bed and each with a private bath.  Just steps from the rear porch you'll appreciate the ultra-private guest house with kitchenette, full bath and KING bed plus delightful built-in cubby with QUEEN bed.

Perfectly designed with entertaining in mind, you'll find that The Village House is meant for indoor-outdoor living. With outdoor spaces that beckon for lazy afternoons on the porch, or sharing stories into the night under the stars.  Living areas open up to outside porches, both screened and unscreened, with an authentically Southern porch swing and additional seating areas.  As an added bonus, there is a gas burning fireplace in the screened porch.   

The Village House includes everything you'll need for a one-of-a-kind vacation in Palmetto Bluff's beloved Wilson Village, including Canoe Club pool, fitness center and the world-class spa facilities of the Montage Hotel, but you're still just 4 miles from Moreland Village where you can enjoy kayaking on Lake Bales, Coles for dining and a fun-filled night of bowling, plus the Moreland Pool, Moreland Landing and the Moreland Dock. You can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to popular amenities around the resort. Inquire with our team about the availability of bikes and a golf cart during your stay.

Club Access & Resort Registration
A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
