The main floor of The River Cottage includes the sumptuous primary suite, with KING bed, lush bedding, exquisite spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower, custom closet with built-ins, and french doors that step out to the pool and rear patio. In the upstairs loft, you will find luxurious sleeping quarters tucked under the eaves, appointed with a KING bed, luxury linens, separate seating area, Smart, flatscreen TV and elegant, private bath.

Club Access & Resort Registration

• A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
• Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
• Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.

• Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)

• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
