Through the front doors you’ll discover a cozy reading room, then beyond an open and spacious living room, 60” flat screen Smart TV, and gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a farmhouse dining table for 10, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with an island that comfortably seats 6. Step out through the kitchen’s extra-large French doors to connect to a 15ft wide screened porch spanning the rear of the house with ample seating to relax and enjoy the swimming pool, wood burning fireplace, outdoor grill & pizza oven. Additionally, deep, double front porches include an array of cozy seating options including swing beds, rockers, and lounge chairs.

The separate guest house is reminiscent of a cottage in the French countryside, with rustic details blended with stylish, comfortable interiors.  The guest house includes a kitchen with small refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, small appliances and coffee bar.  Additionally, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with KING bed, walk-in closet with custom built-ins, full bath, and outdoor balcony for enjoying a cup of coffee and sunrise views. A second bedroom is appointed with TWIN beds, lounge area with TV, and private work space. Two TWIN sleepers are hidden within the living room’s upholstered ottomans.

Club Access & Resort Registration

A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
