With a great Moreland Village location, you’ll love being within walking distance to popular dining spots like Cole’s and The Canteen, plus Moreland Landing, the Dock and the Moreland Treehouse.
Newly built in 2023, the main living area is inviting and spacious, with abundant furnishings, including a matching pair of sofas, KING bed, Smart TV and compact kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker plus dish ware and utensils. You’ll enjoy the luxurious, spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower. Detached from the Main House, and located via staircase above the 3-car garage, The Carriage House at Marshside Retreat offers a private entrance and reserved parking for one vehicle will be provided with this carriage house.
This chic, comfortable carriage house, just a short 5 minute walk or 1-2 minute bike to Lake Bales, enjoys a great location in Moreland Village and is located just 4 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s’mores around the fire pit. - A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
- Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
- Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
