The main house is classically decorated in bright white and soft gray tones, bringing a clean and crisp unified charisma throughout the home. The living area features Lowcountry artwork, a charming gas fireplace, and Sonos sound system. The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end Viking appliances, and a quaint butler’s pantry that leads to gas grill in a private courtyard.

Downstairs you will find two well-appointed bedrooms with KING beds and large en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs the kids will enjoy their own private oasis in the oversized bonus room, complete with two built-in double beds, each with pullout trundle beds, comfortably sleeping four. The upstairs also features a full private bath, plus plenty of games, and lounging bean bag chairs, perfect for your kids and teens to enjoy fantastic game and movie nights.

A few steps out the back door will bring you to the brand-new guest house, recently built to accommodate up to five guests comfortably. Here you’ll find an additional 1500 sq. ft. to relax in, including a bedroom with a QUEEN bed, 2 TWIN beds and a separate living area with a foldout sofa bed.   

This home is perfectly positioned in the heart of Wilson Village, just a short stroll away from the breathtaking views of the May River. Wilson Village offers everything you need for a fantastic getaway, including Buffalos Restaurant, resort bike and golf cart rentals, the Canoe Club family-friendly swimming pool and fitness centers, the gorgeous waterfront chapel, a myriad of water excursion options, and more!

You will be a short 5-minute golf cart or bike ride from the world-class Montage Inn, Spa, and Octagon restaurant. On the way there, don’t forget to stop by RT’s Market to grab a snack, or the famous Treehouse Playground to let the little ones try the zipline. Make sure to end your days at the firepits, where you will enjoy a yummy s’more and quality conversations with other members and guests.

Club Access & Resort Registration

A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
