As you enter the inviting, open main floor layout you are instantly struck with gorgeous Lake Bales views. The elegant and well-equipped chef's kitchen is the perfect space for entertaining and features an oversized peninsula-style island and top-end appliances.

The home consists of four full bedrooms and a loft, comfortably sleeping up to 10 people. The cozy primary suite features a KING bed, lagoon views, and primary bath with oversized soaking tub and separate shower. The main floor guest bedroom consists of a QUEEN bed, and full ensuite bathroom. Heading upstairs, you find a unique loft area with built-in TWIN bunk beds, which are sure to delight the kids. The two additional upstairs bedrooms both contain KING beds – one with an en-suite bathroom, and another full-size bath that shares space with the main loft area and second bedroom. 

In Moreland, you will find peace and tranquility surrounded by a backdrop of marsh and tidal views. Wake up each morning to the sun dancing across the winding waterways, and watch dolphins, White Egrets, and Blue Herons play in their natural playground. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can fish off the dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the fire pits. You can’t leave without climbing to the perch on the famous 5-story Moreland treehouse, where you will take in the most stunning view of the marsh you will find in all 20,000 acres of Palmetto Bluff.

From your front steps, you will be a brief walk to Moreland amenities or short 10-minute golf cart ride away from all the world-class amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer in nearby Wilson Village, including the spa at the Montage hotel, Octagon Restaurant, The River House and Buffalos Restaurants, Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, the May River Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and more! Club Access & Resort Registration

A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
