Pool and Fitness Center Access Now Available - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center  at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4 weekend and Labor Day weekend.

On the main floor, step into the inviting great room, accentuated by rustic beams, a beautiful fireplace, and completed with comfortable lowcountry-inspired furnishings that create a wonderful gathering space. The adjacent dining table easily seats 6 people, and there is additional seating for 4 at the oversized kitchen island. The modern chef’s kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, a fully stocked kitchen with all the equipment, cookware, dishes and utensils you could need. The layout of this space provides the perfect background for cooking and entertaining, as well as relaxing and enjoying TV or taking in the gorgeous views. While this extraordinary house is known for the abundance of outdoor porches and patio, it also includes all the modern amenities a family could need— high end, luxurious and thoughtful details throughout, high speed internet with Wifi access, and Smart flat screen TVs in every room.  Additionally on the main level, you’ll find a splendid bar area, appointed with ice machine, beverage center, coffee center, and all the bar accessories you’ll need as the vacation mixologist. There’s also a private guest suite appointed with a KING bed and ensuite bath and a conveniently located powder bath and mudroom, stocked with towels for the pool and a main floor laundry room.

The second level includes a luxe den/media room, with oversized flat screen TV, comfortable seating area and built-in desk area for remote work or catching up on email. Additionally you’ll find the exquisitely designed primary suite with KING bed, doors that lead to an expansive and ultra-private second story screened porch and spacious ensuite bathroom that includes a soaking tub and step-in marble shower. Wake up to views of the expansive second story screened porch from the second floor guest suite with KING BED and ensuite full bathroom. The show stopping second-level porch is where everyone in the family will want to gather for afternoon cocktails, take in the river breezes or spend evenings around the fire, This oversized porch includes an abundance of comfortable seating and offers a convenient way to access the guest cottage from the main house.  The second level also provides a laundry area with stack washer/dryer.

The bedroom includes a KING Bed, access to a private balcony for a quiet morning with cup of coffee, and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower.

From here you are just steps to the Moreland Pool and fitness center, Moreland fire pit, Cole’s, The Canteen, Lake Bales, and the walking & biking trails that wind along breathtaking tidal creeks. You're also just a short walk or bike ride away from Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions.
