The expansive first floor encompasses a large, sun-lit kitchen with show-stopping light fixtures above an oversized center island, abundant counter space, 8-burner gas range, and separate bar area with beverage fridge. You ll appreciate the easy flow between the kitchen, the open living space and adjacent dining area that offers ample seating for nights spent lingering around the dinner table. The lowcountry-inspired, wrap-around front porch with seating area offers an idyllic spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails, all while feeling as if you are nestled among the oak and magnolia trees.

Upstairs, the large primary suite, appointed with a KING bed and dressed in luxury linens and elegant ensuite bathroom are sumptuously designed. The second KING bedroom also has its own private screened-in porch overlooking the inside courtyard on the back of the house, plus a private bath of its own. The bright, whimsical inspired third floor is designed for the children in your crew, with its two TWIN bunk beds which will accommodate four children. The other guest bedroom holds two full-size beds for larger children or adults, plus an ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

As you venture outside through the rear door, you are transported into a beautiful courtyard with a built-in gas grill and fire pit. There is an additional guest cottage located outside the main house that features an ultra-private bedroom, appointed with a KING bed and with serene, spa-like ensuite bathroom.

River Grass House offers an idyllic backdrop for a getaway to Palmetto Bluff. With its prime location in Wilson Village, there is so much see and explore within just a few blocks including: ice cream shop - MELT; Buffalo s Restaurant; s around the fire pit at the River House every night; cocktails at the hidden speakeasy - Hush, The Paris Market for decor and gifts; plus RT s Market for groceries, pastries, sandwiches, wine, beer and more. The iconic chapel on the May River is two blocks away where you can take in the beautiful May River and scenic marsh views. Club Access & Resort Registration

A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
