The second floor hall bath features a stunning clawfoot soaking tub, and separate shower.

The private, rear screen porch is complete with comfortable seating area, great for relaxing with a cocktail at the end of an active day of biking and kayaking at Palmetto Bluff, plus dining table and chairs that seat four. For your convenience Southern Charm includes a stack washer/dryer easily accessible in the main floor hallway. Outdoors you'll enjoy grilling up your favorite barbecue dishes on the gas grill or Traeger wood pellet grill.

Just a short stroll down the neighborhood streets lined with oaks, and you are in the charming central district of Wilson Village, taking in the breathtaking views of the May River. Wilson Village offers everything you need for a fantastic getaway, including Buffalos Restaurant, Melt Ice Cream shop, a variety of shoppes to browse, the gorgeous waterfront chapel, and much more! You can end your days at the River House firepits, where you will enjoy a yummy s’more and quality conversations with locals and guests alike.

This home is also located a short 5-minute golf cart ride from the world-class Montage Inn, Spa, and Octagon restaurant. Club Access & Resort Registration

A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
