The first floor of this family-friendly home features an open-concept kitchen and dining area, highlighted by a large, well-appointed kitchen with island and 4 barstools, dining table with seating for 6, and comfortable living area with seating around a gas fireplace and television. What a perfect setting for sharing stories around the fire with a glass of wine or watching the game on the big screen! Enjoy the oversized screened porch, complete with a gas grill, dining table that seats 6, and a cozy seating area around the outdoor television. The porch also features a built-in Sonos sound system, allowing guests to easily connect and play music with the Sonos app.  This house also features a bonus sitting room - great for relaxing or getting lost in a good book!

Each of the four bedrooms in the house is equipped with a Roku-powered television, allowing guests easy access to all of their favorite apps! The primary bedroom with KING bed and en suite bathroom is located on the first floor, and boasts access to the screened in porch, a large closet, and a modern, subway-tiled shower with bench. A second bedroom, also located on the first floor, features a QUEEN bed, large closet, and access to a shared bathroom with shower. The junior-primary suite is located on the second floor and includes a KING bed and large walk-in closet. There's a full bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double vanity located just across the hallway. The 4th bedroom, also located on the second floor, is perfectly designed for the kids! It includes a built-in bunk bed with a lower-level FULL bed, and a TWIN-sized bunk above. On the other side of the room is a TWIN bed with pull-out trundle, and bonus toddler bed. This room also features two large closets and offers a Pack-N-Play.

Club Access & Resort Registration
A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
