This lovely townhome offers the perfect backdrop for an idyllic vacation in Palmetto Bluff. NEWLY BUILT in SUMMER 2022, this home has both an unbeatable location in the heart of Moreland Village and breathtaking views of Lake Bales. On this level you’ll find 2 additional guest bedroom suites, each with a QUEEN bed and each with a private ensuite bath.
The third level features a comfortable media room, perfect for nights filled with game playing or movie watching. The QUEEN sleeper sofa in the media room offers extra options for sleeping. Additionally on this level you’ll find a bedroom with a KING bed and private bath.

Club Access & Resort Registration
- A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
- Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
- Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
