DESCRIPTION
Tucked alongside a quaint brick path, directly next to Wilson Lawn and Racquet Tennis Center, you will be steps away from tennis, pickleball, croquet, bocce, RT’s Market, and the Wilson Tree House playground. The cottage is a quick five-minute stroll one direction to the world-class Montage hotel, and the other direction to Wilson Village, featuring three fantastic dining options, the Canoe Club swimming pool & fitness center, water excursions, kayak rentals, the River House fire pits, and more!
With a relaxed coastal color palette that promotes peace and tranquility, you'll appreciate Carolina Rose's inviting interiors. The first floor, with Sonos speaker system throughout, features an open floor plan and spacious screen porch, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Enjoy outdoor game nights or grilling outdoors on the home’s gas grill in the warm Southern evenings, or dine al fresco after your private chef has prepared an authentic Carolina BBQ meal for your enjoyment.
The downstairs showcases a large open den with a gas fireplace and large dining table to accommodate 12+ guests for larger family or group meals. Also featured downstairs is a roomy primary suite with clawfoot soaking tub next to a large tiled shower with rainhead, and a junior master with queen bed, desk, and full bath that is shared with the living area. Enjoy cooking or sipping drinks in the chef’s kitchen featuring a Wolf range and SubZero refrigerator. Rounding out the first floor is a spacious mud room with full size front load washer and dryer and wine fridge. As you journey upstairs, you will find three more comfortable bedrooms, maximizing the space to allow up to 10 people to sleep comfortably in this well-appointed cottage. The first upstairs bedroom offers a king-sized bed, desk, and en-suite full bath. Bedroom two consists of another king bed, which shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, featuring two twin beds.

Club Access & Resort Registration
Once registered, you’ll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.
